You probably got a big blurry bluish image on your monitor and can't tell what the fuck it is. It's Steph's Bearded Dragons all curled up together asleep in the corner. And when we were going to sleep we saw it and thought it was absolutely adorable and took some pictures. All of them were horrible quality, and that was the best one I found, so that's the picture for today.
Today we woke up around 10:30am, and I woke up next to the most beautiful face in the world :) Much like every time I have my girlfriend with me, it never gets old waking up to her wonderful and admirable smile. It's always something that puts a smile on my face seeing her wake up in a delightful spirit with me next to her.
The morning was filled with a lot of things. We laid in bed for a bit deciding on what to do. Steph was still tired, and she didn't want to sleep anymore, so we got out of bed and walked around her house a little. We were planning on getting hoagies from a local restaurant, but they were closed on Sunday. I logged onto Facebook while we debated on what to do, only to find a few messages from my sister about her being sick and wanting mom to bring her certain things home. After calling Mom to tell her, I called Bethy and left her a message about talking to mom, since she was already in bed when I called her to tell her about it. We think she has the Flu, but mom said she;d take her to the hospital when she got back home.
After doing all of that we decided to go to get some stuff at Wal-Mart, since we needed Sweet Tea to begin with. When we were leaving it was cold as hell, and the temperature said 9 degrees... Can you believe it? Almost cold enough for my balls to freeze and fall off, snd you all know we can't have that, right? After getting to Wal-Mart we spent the entire time in the grocery department trying to figure out what to eat. When I was talking to mom she said the Steeler game was on at 1pm, and today it was a must watch for me because of the Playoff situation. I decided on this massive Supreme hoagie in the Deli, and Steph took a while to figure out what she wanted. It was cute, telling her to get this and getting shot down because she didn't feel like it :) Always fun, even if it gets a tad annoying to suggest all this stuff only to get a "No" every time you do.
She finally picked out some cheese filled pretzels and chips and salsa too - This was an idea from the other night that I had, I suggested chips and salsa, but we ended up getting salsa, cheese dip, and bean dip. That was our snacks for the game at 1pm, and... Well... We had to get the Tea and we forgot to... And because of this we needed to run to Giant Eagle. We went there and got it, and I checked my bloog pressure there. To my surprise, it was actually in the average range that I'm used to. I can't remember what the results were because I didn't write them down, but I think it was like 142/96 or something along those lines. Pretty good, because I checked twice and they were around the same, so I had a good average today which is wonderful.
We checked out and got her a pack of cigarettes, and drove back home. Kind of a nice relaxing, laid back kind of drive. Had to bitch about her wearing her seat belt, but that was resolved sort of quickly... And Steph, I know you'll read this. I don't want something happening to you, that's the only reason I make a big deal about it. I love you with all my heart, and I want to be with you for a long, long time. Please wear it normally... For me? Please?
When we left Giant Eagle it was close to 1pm, and the game started shortly after we got back to her place. We started getting our food ready, and figured we'd save the chips and everything for the second half. We spent the whole first half grubbing on hoagie, pretzels, and alcoholic beverages... Smirnoff, but I was the only one to have a beer. There was Pepsi too, did you ever notice it always tastes much better in a can OR at a restaurant where it's fresh off the fountain tap? I LOVE IT.
After a long tug of war between the Steelers and the Dolphins, and a long drawn out worried fan base in the house here... The Steelers won, and we spent a decent portion of the night hoping for a Playoff spot for them to get. Unfortunately, the outcome needed three other teams to lose... And one of them won, so the Steelers were out of the Playoff run :/ Which sucks. Better luck next year guys! I didn't mention this earlier, but Lisa's dad was put into the hospital, and Steph's dad needed to leave partway through the game to go and see him. We were assigned the task of working on the food, and taking the ornaments and shit off of the tree since Christmas is over. We started on the food, and then on the tree right when the game was over. Put the ornaments away, and took the garland off of it. We started on the lights but said fuck it because of her dad and Lisa kind of half-assing them. Instead we spent some time in another part of the house doing something else, wink wink nudge nudge. Not to brag, but BOY was it good too ;).
Her Dad and Lisa got home and they finished making dinner. Failed to mention this too, but we decided on Ribs last night, so that was dinner. I kind of got a little annoyed with Lisa, she claimed a set of ribs and I thought it was a different set than the one I wanted to eat. Basically it became a big thing, and I was annoyed for a bit. She'd constantly ask if we wanted Fries too, and actually put a bunch on my plate right before I sat down. Didn't even ask me if it was okay, she just threw them on my plate. Ugh, damn woman. We had Broccoli too, which was awesome since I love veggies... The fry thing upset me though. So we ate dinner, and I loved it. But I didn't want to say much because Lisa pissed me off, so I spent pretty much the entire time not really talking :/ Sorry babe, that was why. I loved the food though.
When that was done we were assigned to cleaning the kitchen, and her Dad and Lisa were going to dispose of their tree. Unfortunately, after resting for a bit, they decided to make me do the tree with her Dad, and have her do the kitchen by herself. So we did that, I was annoyed with that too, all do to the fact that I get annoyed when people say they'll do something and they never do it... Or assign it to someone else. If you say you'll do it, then fucking do it. It's not that hard, is it? I've been doing a lot of work all week with Steph, especially due to New Years, I haven't done this much in a while, so I'm kind of liking it. Mom kind of always does everything. I try to help when I can but she usually does it and makes me look bad by saying I never did. Either I don't because I forget, or just simply don't feel like doing it right that second, and put it off... When eventually she just does it because she's tired of waiting. This week I've been bending over backwards kind of to make everything perfect and fun for everyone. Especially when Steph and me were at the hotel for New Years, I did my best to make it fun for her and Bethy, and we did have a nice time too.
After dinner, I went and checked the PC, with nothing from Bethy I got a little worried because I didn't know what was going on. I was still annoyed with dinner and went to lay down on Steph's bed in her room for a bit. I just wanted to be left alone, and I played Dissidia for a bit to relax. When Steph finally came in I kind of snapped on her from the dinner annoyances... Felt bad about it, she didn't deserve that. She never deserves that... And we made it up fairly quickly. She spent a good while showing me old pictures of her in her old yearbooks, which was fun, and really not as boring as she thought it was for me. It's always fun looking at older pictures of someone, and looking into their past a bit. Where they've come from and what they did, and all the stories that come from looking at older keepsakes like those are always fun to hear. I heard quite a few, I loved the one about the boy in the closet that was mooing like a cow, haha.
When we were done doing that we came out and sat in the living room watching Beethoven with her Dad for a bit. I called Bethy, and she's with Mom now. Mom finally got off her ass and went home, which was good. Bethy is waiting until tomorrow to go to the hospital because the roads are bad there now... Which sucks. We're hoping she's not sick with the Flu, because if she is and we get it, and start moving into the new house... I won't lie, moving with the Flu will be a massive bitch fit. But anyway, we watched the movie, and I got off the phone shortly after, Mom kept butting in like usual so I got annoyed and wanted to get off of it. Steph wanted to order The Hangover on On Demand, so her dad had to hook the box up to the phone jack so we could order it. We did that around 11:30pm, and just finished it (It's really 2:15am right now, but my wicked wizard skills changed the post time ;) Haha...) It was a good movie, I really enjoyed it, go watch it if you haven't yet.
I finished another 1/3 of my hoagie, and she worked on the chips and salsa and all of that stuff until the movie was over, and now she's playing Guitar Hero Metallica while I type this. We're both pretty tired, and aren't sure what we're going to do tomorrow. So I'm going to go and relax a bit before we got to sleep. Not to mention finish my Pepsi that is still sitting in front of me, which is currently giving me a dirty look for not opening it yet. Drink me! Drink me! Ugh, okay I need to go, this is tempting me too damn much.
Catch you on the flip.

Needs moar... [Poll 2/10]
Me and Steph
One of the best pictures of us, I really like this one, and try to use it whenever I can.
About Me
John doesn't do much in his everyday life. He tends to sit at home all day going on zombie killing rampages with his sister. He hates his life, and the way it's been going the past few years, and seriously hopes 2010 will bring him better luck. He is obsessed with Iced Tea, and if it were a drug he would have overdosed when he first drank it. John considers himself a "Corny Cracker", and in his spare time likes to make stupid videos for his You Tube channel. He has a loving girlfriend named Steph and a cat named Lucifer, who's name fits his attitude very very well.
