[Ky/365 - Project 2010]

Woke up around 10am... I was up all night coughing... After laying in bed for a little while, we decided on what to have for Breakfast. Omelets with peppers and tatter tots for me, and Steph had Omelet with Cheese, Tatter Tots, and Onions. She wouldn't have a piece of mine. She couldn't finish hers, and gave it to me. She needed to go to a Wake today for her Grandma and she needed to get ready. We decided to get a shower, I wanted one too but I wanted to shave. She got her shower, and I shaved first, then when I was done shaving she got out of the shower because she was already done, and I got in. I tried to surprise her with the I Am King fragrance that I got from Sephora, but she couldn't smell it. I was depressed because she couldn't smell it, when I was trying to surprise her with me wearing it for Valentine's Day. She had to leave at 12:30am, and I was bummed about that too. She left and I spent the next few hours on her PC playing zOMG. Ended up finally getting my damn Clutch event badge. FINALLY. Her dad was in his room and got a phone call from Erin, the girl Steph works with, as she needed to ask her something. He yelled for her and I said Steph left. He came out of his room to talk for a bit, said where was Steph, and I said she went to the Wake... And he said he rented movies - Star Trek and something else. He put Star Trek on and we watched it for a bit, I thought I didn't see it, but remembered I saw it at the drive-in that night Nick fucked us up last year... By going to a different drive-in that wasn't playing it.

We watched it and we talked about a lot of things, mainly ironing decals on shirts and making them from your computer, and stuff that happened when we went to school, and gym class and how we used to wear uniforms when we took that class... Lots of random little things to talk about and discuss. He made his beef stew, and was supposed to go to the store, but their neighbor called and said she was going and if he needed anything. So she went for him instead of him going himself. We kept talking and watching the movie, and then later she got here with the stuff, but her daughter brought it to the door. He went and added it to the pot of stew while I watched the movie, then he called me in to teach me about the grease pot thing that he used to remove the grease from the broth. It wasn't the stuff he wanted to get from the store but he said he'd make it work... Her dad gave me 5 Vitamin C pills to take, saying I needed Vitamin C because it'd help me feel better. He said they tasted alright and to chew them, so I did, they tasted horrible haha. I spent the next little bit of time in the living room watching the movie, swishing water to get the damn taste out of my mouth while he finished cooking the stew.

He came in and we talked some more, played with Bailey, played with the RC Helicopters, and when the movie was over Steph got back. When she got back she wasn't being herself. She went and changed and everything then came back to the living room to relax and talk. Her dad and her talked for a bit, while I looked over at different parts of The Godfather that was on TV, since I never had a chance to see the movies. I know I fail at life, you don't have to tell me. Her dad went in to finish the soup, and put one bowl out for me to eat, letting it cool off before I went in to eat it. Steph and me talked for a bit, I asked why she acting weird - About why she walked in and didn't kiss me, no hug either... No "I missed you", or "I love you". She told Bailey she missed him though. She said it was because she's self conscious about kissing me and stuff in front of her dad, because he doesn't do it when Lisa's over. Speaking of Lisa and him, they supposedly broke up for good this time. He made the mistake of calling her and telling her he'd give all the stuff back and shit, forgetting it was Valentine's Day, she got all emotional and he said he'd take her out for lunch tomorrow and they'd talk, and give each other their stuff back... That it's hard on both of them, etc.

He came back in to remind me of the soup while me and Steph were talking, and we watched Godfather a bit more and talked a little before I came in the kitchen and ate. Steph wasn't hungry as she ate at the Wake, she told us about it. That it was more of a happy look back at her life, and different memories, pictures, and stories they had and told about her. It wasn't sad, more happy to remember her. Which was a very very good thing for all of them... But Steph, she ate there, and her dad said she should have brought stuff back for us to eat, mainly me. But she didn't, and it's alright. The soup was quite tasty, they're both amazing cooks. I had a bowl of it and then he asked her to do some chores. We talked a bit more, about different things and the laptop that I have that Nick never fixed. Brief history of what happened with that, he got a new living room set for free off of Craigslist, that Mom found and got for him...



. He said I'm better of doing it myself and handing Nick the bill. Which could work provided he had a reliable income to himself, and not relying on Stephen to foot every single god damn bill and luxury of his. Her Dad gave me a robe too, which he said last time or the time before last when I was here, that he'd give to me to keep... He just got around to it, it was very comfortable. Steph did the dishwasher, unloading it and reloading it... Then cleaned the stove up. I was assigned taking the trash out which her dad was awfully anal about being correct when I did it. I took three bags out,and left the fourth here for later since it wasn't full yet. Took it out, put the can down first and buried it a little bit in the snow so it would stand up right. Then threw the bags in and came inside after doing it correctly. We talked to her dad a little bit more, and Randy was coming over, which we assumed was Lisa's son to bitch about his Dad... But it was some other Randy. We decided to get away from it before he got here, and I said I wanted to go and lay down. I had this desire for Steph to just hold me, we were supposed to go to the store, but we got too comfortable and we fell asleep for an hour and a half. When we woke up Randy was still here, and we laid in bed talking about a lot of things before we decided to get up to leave. Figured we'd go to Walmart first and then maybe we'd go and eat. Steph originally wanted Sheetz, but I wanted Taco Bell. We didn't want to go out and have a sit down meal, we wanted to get some fast food and a movie and then come back after Walmart.

Going back to Toys, and looking at things. Power Rangers toys, plastic sword fight, finding and wearing handcuffs, playing with O Balls and Slinkys, buying Monopoly.
Going around the store handcuffed... Checked out Electronics, They have Arkham Asylum Collector's Edition for $100, and a Bioshock 2 Collector's which looks stupid and totally not worth it. Checked out Movies, and Ethernet Cables. Breaking Benjamin wrong CD labeled. Looked at shoes, saw some I liked, went and got Ice Cream since Steph had a craving for it. We got Ben and Jerry's, she got _, I got Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough. Went to check out, and some guy was talking to this other lady so we were allowed to go in front of him. Steph put the items on the register counter, and then we took off the handcuffs and said we found them back in toys and that we didn't want them, we just wanted to bring them up front LOL. Steph wanted to see her reaction but she was more nice about it than anything, I don't think she even saw us take them off. Guy who was talking came up and apologized, and the cashier said see we're done already... He said sorry, and we said it's alright, thanks and have a good night. Left there and went to walk to the car. Steph decided to look and see what they had at RedBox DVD Rental Kiosk... So we looked and they didn't have PS I Love You which was my plan originally, they also didn't have The Time Travelers Wife, which was her plan originally too... So we settled on The Ugly Truth, which she saw with Jonie already but I've been wanting to see. We left there and went to the car, talking about the handcuffs, then we drove to Taco Bell and got food. Two different boxes, and a 5 layer bean burrito. Came home, and her dad was out like a light in bed, and we ate, and I remembered about the DVD's that Steph needed to get for everyone for the funeral tomorrow... She was supposed to make a memorial DVD about her Grandmother and burn copies for everyone, but we forgot to get them, so when we were done eating we needed to go back to Walmart. We also figured to get Bethy her mouth guards she asked for, and Steph her bag of sweethearts. Well we got there, and ran around looking for the sweethearts, they were pretty much out other than a box of them, which Steph threw away in one of the aisles and said she can get them at Walgreens tomorrow.
